Refund policy.
We would rather refund you than keep money you are not happy about. When you get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes.
14-day money-back guarantee on every purchase.
Ask within 14 days of your payment and you get a full refund. You do not need to give a reason, you do not need to have found a bug, and "I changed my mind" is a complete answer. It applies to both plans, in every country, whether or not you used the app.
How to request a refund
- Reply to your receipt email, or write to support@frisket.app from the address you purchased with.
- Tell us your order reference (it is on the receipt) or the email address used at checkout. That is all we need to find the order.
- We acknowledge within one business day and pass the refund to our payment provider, which is the merchant of record for your order.
- The money goes back to your original payment method. The provider processes it, typically within a few business days; your bank or card issuer may take up to 5–10 business days after that to show it.
You can also request the refund directly from the merchant of record using the link in your receipt. Either route works. Please do not open a chargeback with your bank before writing to us — a chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee, and there is nothing it achieves that an email would not have achieved faster.
What is refundable
| Purchase | Refundable | Window |
|---|---|---|
| Lifetime license | Yes, in full | 14 days from payment |
| Yearly plan, first payment | Yes, in full | 14 days from payment |
| Yearly plan, renewal you did not intend | Yes, in full — just tell us | 14 days from the renewal charge |
| Duplicate or accidental purchase | Yes, in full | Any time we can verify it |
| Charge you do not recognize | Yes, once identified | Any time — write to us first |
Outside those windows we are not obliged to refund, but we still read every message. If the app stopped working for you through a fault of ours, or something on this website misled you, tell us and we will make it right rather than point at a date.
The one thing we will decline is a repeated buy-and-refund pattern on the same person or payment method, which we treat as abuse rather than as a change of mind.
What happens to your license after a refund
A refunded purchase means the license goes with it: the license key is deactivated and the licensed features stop on any Mac it was activated on. The application itself keeps running, and nothing you created — clipboard history, snippets, settings — is deleted. It stays on your devices, and you can buy again later and pick up where you left off.
Cancelling a yearly plan
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Cancelling stops the next charge; a refund returns money already paid.
- Cancel any time from the customer-portal link in your receipt email, or write to us and we will cancel it for you.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for. You keep every feature until then.
- There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
- We do not pro-rate a partially used year outside the 14-day window — but if a renewal caught you by surprise, say so within 14 days and we will refund it in full.
- You can resubscribe later with the same email address.
Renewals are always announced by the merchant of record before they are charged, and the renewal price is shown on the pricing page and in your receipt before you ever pay.
Try it first, so a refund is never needed
The 14-day trial is the complete application with no account and no card. It exists so that buying is the last step rather than the first.
Who processes the money
Purchases and refunds are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record (the jurisdiction in which MOSAIC PARADIGM, LLC is organized). It is the seller of record for your order: it takes the payment, handles VAT, GST, and sales tax, issues receipts and invoices, and returns refunds to your original payment method. We authorize the refund; the provider moves the money. We never see or store your card details.
This policy sits alongside our terms of service and does not limit any statutory consumer right you have, including any statutory right of withdrawal in your country. Where your local law gives you a longer or stronger right than this page, your local law wins.
Still not sure whether you qualify? Write to support@frisket.app and ask. A person reads it, and the default answer inside 14 days is yes.
